The ZCJ 3 Layers Tulle Tutu Skirt with Lining in pink is a cute little piece. especially for the price point of just under €7. At this cost, the quality is exactly what you’d expect- not high-end, but not bad either. It works perfectly for what it’s intended to be, which is a costume item rather than everyday apparel. For things like school theater, dance performances, themed parties, or just dress-up fun for tweens and teens, it seems capable of doing its job well. I wouldn’t recommend it for regular wear, but for short-term or special-event use it would likely be fine. The tulle layers (three layers of polyester plus one lining, as described by the company) give it a light, voluminous look, and the colors are attractive. The lining is soft and comfortable enough against the skin, which helps it feel less scratchy than some other inexpensive tutus and costume skirts. That said, the length is noticeably shorter than the listing pictures suggest (at least the one we got is this way). The images make it look mid-thigh, but ours came much shorter- really closer to a typical dance tutu length (maybe slightly longer), not skirt length as advertised. This isn’t a huge problem since tights or leggings are usually worn underneath, but it’s worth noting so you’re not surprised. The company highlights the skirt’s versatility for events like ballet, jazz, carnivals, Halloween costumes, 80s outfits, Barbie-themed looks, raves, and more, and I’d agree it could be a good fit for those kinds of occasions. (You can even match your color to your intended vibe and role as this comes in a few color options.) Just remember this is not a piece built for longevity. Hand washing and air drying are recommended if you want a chance at keeping it looking decent for a few uses. Overall, this is a cute, fun, and affordable piece at its current price but it is very much a costume tutu rather than an everyday skirt.
